Overview: Over the last year Hurstville Public School has adopted a differentiated Professional Learning program to support teachers in understanding and implementing a range of Future Focused teaching and learning practices and strategies for assessment (both formative and summative). This workshop will involve an explanation and description of the differentiated Professional Learning and the distributive leadership approach to facilitate it. It will explain the variety of Future Focused Groups that teachers opted for (including STEAM and Project Based Learning) and describe the whole-school process of collecting evidence and analysing the data to show the impact of differentiated PL on student growth.
